At Big Eye Sushi the future is now! With the push of a button, robots can make your sushi dreams come true.

The goal of the robots is for the speed efficiency and the consistency. There's a gadget for every step - just add rice, seaweed, and your filling of choice. It pops up once it's finished, then pop it in the slicer.

The robot can make 60 sushi rolls per minute

There's still a small staff of humanoids, led by one sushi chef, so the savings in time and cost get passed on to the customer.

But the machines aren't taking over just yet! They cannot cut or prepare the fish, the sushi chef has to do that himself.
