Officials say a cat was found dead inside a locked cage at a Blue Point beach Monday.

Dead cat locked in cage discovered off Blue Point beach
Officials say a cat was found dead inside a locked cage at a Blue Point beach Monday.
The SPCA says two brothers were on the dock at the end of Corey Beach when they saw something floating in the water.
They pulled it out, and saw it was a small cage with the dead animal inside.
The SPCA is urging anyone with information to call 631-382-7722.
