Tenants in Newark say they have been living without heat all winter -- and building management is nowhere to be found.

Residents living in Hedden and Osborne Terrace say both the heat and elevators are out of order. Flooding is also a major concern, one resident says. But management, she says, has not shown up in court.

"My living room floor is torn up because of the water damage," says Adrienne Evans. "We're basically being ignored."

If courts deem the residence unlivable, tenants could be moved to alternate housing, Evans says.
