Police have arrested the man they say shot and killed a Canarsie man in November.

NYPD: 19-year-old charged in November homicide of Canarsie man
Police have arrested the man they say shot and killed a Canarsie man in November.
Police tell News 12 the alleged shooter turned himself in to police.
They say 19-year-old Julius Allen is now charged with murder and criminal possession of a weapon.
News 12 is told he lives in Queens and turned himself in around 8:40 a.m. Wednesday.
In January, the NYPD released a picture of Allen, announcing that he was wanted for questioning.
Investigators say he shot and killed 26-year-old Anthony Ponce inside the Bayview Houses at 5985 Shore Parkway on the fifth floor. Ponce was found with with gunshot wounds to his head and chest and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police say it may all have been over just $50.
Allen is expected to go before a judge sometime today.
