Feeling lucky? Powerball jackpot climbs over $550M

The largest Powerball jackpot so far this year is continuing to rise and now reaches more than $550 million.
Mohammad Rahman of Uncle and Cousins Deli in Canarsie says he's been selling lottery tickets for years, but it's still just as exciting when the prize increases.
The lotto drawing on Saturday for $495 million didn't produce any winners and has increased since December.
Residents tell News 12 they've been purchasing lottery tickets in a frenzy for the chance to win it. They say they'd spend what was left after taxes on charities or their families.
Rahman says he has seen a few more customers buying lottery tickets Monday but expects that the store will be packed with people ahead of the next drawing.
The next drawing is at 10:59 p.m. on Wednesday.
