The NYPD is investigating a possible hate crime incident following the attack of a Muslim woman in Ditmas Park Saturday.
Umber Nisar, a mother of three, says she was walking home when a man she never met ambushed her.
Police say the man didn't say anything to her prior and during the attack. Nisar believes she was targeted for wearing a hijab.
She says she's petrified of going anywhere at all due to the incident.
A packed crowd of protesters stood up to the alleged hate attack on Monday.
