Police say shots were fired into an apartment building in Mott Haven Tuesday.

They say the incident happened on East 149th Street at the Moore Houses at 9:30 p.m.

News 12 is told one of the suspects fired his gun twice into the building lobby with several people in it while another acted as lookout.

No injuries were reported.
