Police: Trio wanted for string of robberies targeting people on electric bikes

The hunt is on for three men in connection to a series of robberies in the Bronx.
News 12 is told the string of robberies started on Saturday, March 23 when the victim was on his electric bike making a food delivery around 10:30 p.m.
That is when police say the three men approached him and threaten him with a knife as they pushed him off his bike, taking off with it.
About an hour later, they went after another delivery man crossing the University Heights Bridge. Officials say they ambushed him from behind, pushing him off his electric bike and fleeing.
Three days later, police say the trio were at it again just blocks away from the first two incidents.
During the third incident the suspects punched and threatened a 33-year-old man also on an electric bike around midnight in Norwood and taking off with it.
About a week later they attacked their last victim on Creston Avenue and East Kingsbridge Road in the same way. Police say the three men pushed a 44-year-old man off his electric bike and displayed a knife before fleeing the scene.
Police say none of the victims suffered major injuries. All three men are believed to be in their 20s.
Anyone with information is asked to call police.
