Man charged in hit-and-run death of DJ Jinx Paul sentenced to 90 days in jail

The man charged in the deadly hit-and-run of a beloved Brooklyn DJ was sentenced Wednesday.
Kevin Ozoria took a plea deal in the case. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail and five years probation for the hit-and-run death of John Paul Guerrero, known professionally as DJ Jinx Paul.
Ozoria is also required to do 100 hours of community service and is forbidden from being around children.
DJ Jinx Paul was fatally stuck while leaving a club on Dec. 19, 2016 in East New York.
Ozoria was arrested in Manhattan for alleged sex abuse, based on allegations made by Ozoria's own niece. His lawyer claims a family dispute was behind the alleged crime.
Guerrero's family tells News 12 they plan on filing a civil lawsuit.
