Immigration advocates are hoping to make a change in Brooklyn and throughout the city.
This installation, called #NoKidsInCages, has been placed in various location across the city, including one outside Barclays Center.
According to the website for the group, We Are Raices, the goal is to protest children being separated from their families at the border.
They say often kids are forced to sleep on the floor in cages while they cry out for their loved ones.
News 12 spoke to a few some people about their thoughts on this initiative
" it gave me goosebumps even just looking at an image like that," says Charleen Saunders, of Flatbush.
