Rocket League World Championship held at the Prudential Center

The Rocket League World Championship is being held at the Prudential Center in Newark this weekend.
It is the first time the esports competition has been held at an NHL stadium.

Rocket League is a video game that combines soccer and car racing. Twelve teams from across the United States and the world are competing for the world title and $500,000 in prize money.
The Rocket League World Championship runs through Sunday.
This will not be the only time this summer a major esports tournament will be held in the tristate area. The $30 million Fortnite World Cup tournament will be held at Arthur Ashe Stadium in Queens, New York in July.
