A Mott Haven restaurant is bringing several different cultures together in one place as a tribute to all those involved in the restaurant.

At Inine Bistro the "I" stands for international and the "nine" stands for the nine different partners.

"There's like nine different partners all with different backgrounds, so that's where the international come into play because we have different cultures mixed in together," says general manager Derril Young.

The mix of cultures is clear on their vast menu offers items from curry chicken and waffles to a California salmon burger.

"I love making it because I literally make it from scratch like I filet a whole... skin and filet a salmon and we literally just break it down," says Head Chef Fitz Francois.

Despite their unique menu, Inine Bistro also becomes a lounge at night, giving it two different vibes.

"We have different events such as comedy night, sip and paint, we also have speed dating we're looking to bring into the play," says Young.
