BROWNSVILLE -

New video has been released that shows the moments leading up to a deadly stabbing that happened at a subway station in Brownsville.

Police say the argument started on the train platform at the Sutter Avenue station. The video shows Latanya Watson and Mia Simmons fighting as they exit the turnstile. The fight then escalated across the station when Simmons pulled out a knife and stabbed Watson in the face, neck and arm.

Watson was taken to the hospital where she was pronounced dead. News 12 spoke with Watson's fiancé Tuesday who said she was on her way home from work.

Police arrested Simmons Tuesday. She is now facing charges of manslaughter and criminal possession of a weapon.
