Activists gathered in Prospect Heights to call out the 78th Precinct officer.
In the video, the officer can be seen arresting a man – kneeling on his head, while pointing his gun and telling people to get back.
That incident took place at Dean Street near Sixth Avenue in Prospect Heights last Friday.

Activists say they plan to continue advocating for justice in this incident, and that they won't stop until something is done.
