Police: 4 injured during shooting in Crown Heights; victims possibly targeted

Police say four people are in the hospital after a shooting near the intersection of Buffalo Avenue and Sterling Place.

Police say four people are in the hospital after a shooting near the intersection of Buffalo Avenue and Sterling Place.
The shooting happened around 2 a.m. Monday.
Video surveillance footage shows four people crossing the street, and a flash in the upper right-hand corner as the gun is fired. 
The surveillance also shows people fleeing the scene. 
Sources tell News 12 the victims were apparently at a candlelight vigil for a neighbor, who died of natural causes and that the 33-year-old man may have been the intended target.
Police say two men and two women were shot. Officials have confirmed that 24-year-old man, 33-year-old woman, 33-year-old man and 49-year-old woman are all in stable condition and are expected to survive. 
The four victims are in stable condition and are expected to survive. 
Anyone with information is asked to call police.
