Caught on camera: Gunman fires at 3 people on Brownsville street, injuring 2

Police have released new video this morning of a shooting in Brownsville.
The shooting, captured clearly on camera, happened on Williams Avenue on Sunday, Aug. 11 around 4 a.m.
The video shows the gunman shooting in the direction of three people on the street.
Police tell News 12 he hit two of them – a 27-year-old man was shot in both arms and his groin, and a 19-year-old woman was shot in her right leg.
Police say a dispute led to the violent outburst but there’s no word yet on what that fight was about or who was the intended target. News 12 is told both victims were treated and released from the hospital.
The gunman was last seen wearing a white shirt, blue jeans and white sneakers.
The owner of one nearby business for almost 14 years tells News 12 that this isn't the first shooting on the street. He says there's a party venue around the corner that he believes brings trouble to the area.
Anyone with information is asked to call police.
