Police: Woman punched in face at Brooklyn train station

Police say they're searching for a man who punched a woman in the face at the Broadway Junction and East New York A and C trains subway station on Aug. 10.

They say the man went up to the woman in the mezzanine area around 1 p.m. and punched the woman without provocation.

Surveillance video shows a man police say they are looking for. Authorities say the man is in his 20s or 30s and nearly 6 feet tall with a slim build.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
