The Seagate Rehabilitation Nursing Center is getting in on “The Git Up” internet challenge.
In a video posted to social media, nursing staff and residents dance to Blanco Brown’s country/hip hop hit.
The residents say the dancing gave them energy and helped to “keep them young.”
