Sinkhole near Bed-Stuy school causes traffic issues

A sinkhole in Bed-Stuy is caused some headaches for people in the area Tuesday.
Jefferson Avenue was blocked off earlier in the day as crews worked to fill the sinkhole near P.S. 3 The Bedford Village School.
Authorities tell News 12 the sinkhole was caused by a leak from a broken water pipe connected to one of the homes on this block.
It's unclear how long that pipe may have been leaking, but neighbors say the hole has been there for months.
Earlier, parents were seen dropping off their kids on Franklin Avenue instead of being able to pull up to the main entrance, making traffic go slower on that road.
