The Putnam Triangle Plaza in Clinton Hill has reopened after more than a year of construction, and a community celebration let neighbors enjoy the revamped space.
The plaza had been closed for upgrades since March of last year. Construction work let the space be redesigned to allow public use.
The newly improved area features new trees, benches and furniture that residents say makes the area more inviting.
The community is celebrating the reopening of the space with performances, dancing, games, arts and crafts and more.
And the work is not done - members of the Business Improvement District say they plan to install new trees, bike racks and a bus shelter.
