Sights and scenes at NYC Wine and Food Festival 2019

The four-day long NYC Wine and Food Festival has come to a close.
It featured more than 80 events throughout the city, 500 chefs, and more than 50,000 attendees.

The festival is an event by Food Network and The Cooking Channel, and has been held in New York City for 11 years.
It brings dozens of celebrity chefs and mouth-watering events. News 12 attended several events, and talked to chefs about why this festival is such a good opportunity.
Celebrity chef Jeff Mauro said, "If you’re a young, up-and-coming restaurant and chef wanting to get your name out there, getting [hundreds] of people to sample your food like that... it's the best place to be with the best possible atmosphere."
All the proceeds from NYCWFF go to the Food Bank for New York City, and the No Kid Hungry charity.
