ArtShack co-founder resigns following Halloween display controversy

The co-founder of ArtShack Brooklyn announced her resignation on Friday.
Dany Rose's resignation comes after a Halloween display at their studio in Clinton Hill was deemed offensive by many neighbors.
The community voiced outrage over the display that has since been taken down from the windows of 384 Waverly Ave.
It depicted characters of brown children hanging from nooses.
The artist behind it quickly tore it down and apologized.
