CROWN HEIGHTS -

Police say a woman was pushed onto the subway tracks in Crown Heights while she waiting for a train.

The woman tells authorities that she was on the platform waiting for the 2 train when a man she did not know shoved her.

It happened Saturday around 8 p.m.

Police say there were no witnesses or cameras that captured the incident. The woman says she fell onto the tracks, but that there weren't any trains pulling in and she was able to get herself back on the platform.

She was taken to NYC Health + Hospitals/Kings County with minor injuries.

The incident comes about a week after a man pushed another woman into a train, that was caught on camera.

The suspect in that incident was arrested and is facing several charges including attempted assault.

Anyone with information is asked to call police.
