Neighbors in Williamsburg say there's an ongoing problem with cars driving on sidewalks to avoid school buses.
The latest incident involved an NYPD car that was caught on camera driving on the sidewalk trying to get around a school bus.
News 12 is told the incident happened around 9 a.m. Tuesday on Skillman Street near Flushing Avenue.
Video shows a police car hopping the curb to get around a school bus while a child can be seen walking on that same sidewalk nearby.
In February, News 12 reported on two other similar incidents where cars jumped the sidewalk, nearly missing children standing close by.
News 12 reached out to the NYPD for comment. The department said in a statement, "The NYPD is aware of the video. It is under review by the Commanding Officer of the 79th Precinct."
