A Williamsburg restaurant saw a rush of holiday diners on Christmas.
Shalom Japan on South 4th Street is a Jewish & Japanese fusion restaurant and owners say Christmas is one of their busiest times of the year.
The husband and wife who own Shalom say they have kept their doors open on the holiday for the past seven years.
They say they have served close to 300 customers over Christmas Eve and Christmas.
Customers from Austin, Texas and even the United Kingdom were enjoying meals at Shalom Japan and some say they even made reservations weeks in advance.
Diners can expect to find unique bites like Japanese latkes.
