Posted: Updated:

Police are searching for a group of people wanted in a violent robbery in Bed-Stuy on Dec. 21.

They say it happened near Herkimer Street and Nostrand Avenue, where a group of people were caught on camera pushing a man into a van while someone fired a gun.

Police say the victim was taken from the van and put into a black car, and left duct-taped and zip-tied in another neighborhood.

He was taken to the hospital and treated for a cut to his head from being pistol whipped. Police say the group also stole his cellphone.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
