A man is dead after a stabbing in Bed-Stuy Monday night.

News 12 is told the victim is 31 years old and lives in the area, but has not been officially identified yet.

Police tell News 12 it started in the lobby and spilled out into the street. This morning a trail of blood leads up to the spot where investigators say they found the 31-year-old victim with multiple stab wounds to his neck chest and shoulder. He was rushed to the hospital, but unfortunately did not survive.

Anyone with information is asked to call police.
