An Ocean Hill community is asking for New Yorkers to help bring home a teenage girl who has been missing for days.
Jenna Hospedales was last seen leaving Brooklyn Technical High School around 3 p.m. Thursday. She never made it home that day, and since then her family has been on a desperate search to find her.
Hospedales is 14 years old, about 5 foot 8 inches tall, and around 120 pounds.
News 12 was told she was last seen wearing dark jeans, a dark coat and carrying a gray book bag.
Her family members say she has never gone missing before, and running away would be out of character for her.
Dozens of her family members, friends, neighbors and concerned strangers armed with flyers and tape gathered Sunday to hold a search party.
They posted thousands of missing posters around the neighborhood and followed the footsteps of the path she usually takes to get to and from school. They tell News 12 they are hoping it will get someone to recognize her.
Anyone who has information is asked to call police.
