Police say they are now investigating the death of a man in Fort Greene fire on Monday as a homicide.

Police say they are now investigating the death of a man in Fort Greene fire on Monday as a homicide.
A fire broke out on the first floor of an apartment building on Adelphi Street around 3 a.m.
Firefighters say they discovered a man unconscious and unresponsive with puncture wounds to his neck and body.
Neighbors tell News 12 the man has been identified as Antonio Litman. Police have not yet released a statement confirming his identity.
Litman served as a board member at the Maritime College Museum. It released a statement saying the Litman was a valued member and will be greatly missed.
