Students in Greenpoint will soon get the opportunity to test out their cooking skills through a new culinary program.

Café Dupont, a culinary arts room, is opening at P.S. 31 for elementary school students.

School officials say this program is the first of its kind in Brooklyn and features three stations complete with refrigerators, stoves and cooking utensils.

The school will also be adding an after-school culinary program through a grant from the Walentas Family Foundation.
