Up-and-coming Brooklyn rapper Nick Blixky was shot and killed Sunday night, just three blocks away from where he lived, according to police.

Up-and-coming Brooklyn rapper Nick Blixky was shot and killed Sunday night, just three blocks away from where he lived, according to police. 
Police say officers arrived at 200 Winthrop St. around 9:30 p.m. and found the 21-year-old with several gunshot wounds. 
The rapper, whose real name was Nickalus Thomspon, was taken to NYC Health + Hospitals/King County, where he was later pronounced dead. 
It is unclear if Thompson knew the shooter and there was no word on a possible motive.
