It's been a tough couple of months for New Yorkers, with many cooped up at home and struggling to stay active.
Anthony Esposito Jr. from Bay Ridge is hoping to motivate others to get off the couch and get healthy with his workout videos.
After schools were closed and families forced into quarantine, the 8-year-old began posting kid-friendly workout videos to inspire other kids.
"I wanted to make kids healthy and to know how to exercise instead of sitting on the couch especially in this COVID-19 time when we're locked inside the house and we can't get out, still we have to exercise,” says Esposito.
His inspiration coming from his fit parents. His mom, a college basketball player, and his dad, the owner of a gym in Bay Ridge.
Esposito says he doesn’t plan to stop these workout videos any time soon.
"I’m just going to keep doing them because I want to keep making kids healthy they grow up or when they're still small,” says Esposito.
