Gyms around the city are officially open after being closed for months due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Gleason's Gym in Dumbo shut down March 16 and is now finally opening for its boxing family.
Bruce Silverglade, who has owned the gym for more than 30 years, tells News 12 the gym will have 90-minute training slots. There will be 10 slots per day and only 35 people allowed per slot.
Gym-goers will also have to sign a waiver to ensure the facility does not go above the 33% permitted capacity. Silverglade says you have to sign up in advance.
There will also be social distancing guidelines and regular sanitizing throughout the day.
"We have the sanitation stations everywhere. We have the wipes; we have the sanitation. Everybody's going to be cleaning here quite frequently," says Silverglade.
