The Bronx is the moldiest borough in New York City, according to a new study by Rent Hop.

The study broke down the highest number of mold complaints per neighborhood. Four out of the five worst neighborhoods are in the Bronx - Fordham Heights, University Heights, Tremont and Belmont.

There have been more than 750 complaints in those neighborhoods alone in the past seven months.

The report found September 2021 received the most mold complaints, which is when Hurricane Ida impacted New York.

Brooklyn came in second, followed by Manhattan, Queens and State Island.
