Tenants at a building on 46th Street in Sunset Park are protesting their building conditions by holding a sleep-out overnight.
Residents say the landlord is refusing to repair faulty electrical work, missing handrails, mold and a lack of water.
Residents also complain that the landlord disappears every time inspectors come to the building so that they cannot get inside.
