Police are looking for three men who were caught on surveillance video during a shooting on Webster Avenue.
According to authorities, one suspect opened fire as a 26-year-old Hispanic man was walking down the street near the Butler Houses Tuesday night. They say one bullet hit his right bicep and another round exited through his back.
Cops say all three men were wearing black-hooded sweatshirts and black baseball caps.
The victim was taken to Lincoln Hospital and is recovering.
