A 19-year-old male has turned himself in to police in connection with stabbing a teen to death Sunday night inside a Crown Heights housing project.

Police say Naquan Butts stabbed 18-year-old Michael Bethune in the chest at the Albany Houses and was pronounced dead at Interfaith Hospital. Police say the two men knew each other and were arguing at the time of the incident.

Butts is charged with murder and criminal possession of a weapon.
