A Bronx teenager who made headlines in an alleged police brutality case has found himself on the wrong side of the law for a second time.
According to police, 19-year-old Jateik Reed was arrested Wednesday for violent behavior with a group of teens on the Grand Concourse. He's now facing several charges including rioting, unlawful assembly and disorderly conduct.
The incident comes two months after seven charges stemming from his first case were dropped in March. That arrest and police beating were caught on cell phone video back in January.
Police say 11 others were arrested with Reed and all are facing similar charges of misconduct. Jateik Reed's family celebrates after beating charges droppedCommunity rallies around teen in alleged brutality arrest
