Residents of Tracey Towers filed an injunction with Bronx Supreme Court today to stop what they call an outrageous rent hike.
The tenants rallied on the courthouse steps Thursday alongside Assembly candidate Mark Gjonaj.
On August 1, tenants learned their rent may go up 16 percent in September and 65 percent over the next four years.
The tenants say their rent payments are already misused by management.
