Lawmakers say they are fuming over the lack of security cameras at Westchester train stations.

News 12's five-month investigation found that 75 percent of train stations had no security cameras. The probe began after a teen athlete from Yonkers died on the tracks at the Wakefield Station, where there were no cameras.

Westchester County Executive George Latimer and Rep. Nita Lowey were shocked and outraged over the lack of security. Lowey is now vowing to take action to fix the situation.

The MTA refused to release a list of which stations have cameras. News 12 discovered that only 10 out of 44 stations have cameras on the tracks.

News 12 recently asked Gov. Andrew Cuomo if he's on board with improving the train stations. 

"New York is a very big terror target, and protecting our infrastructure needs to be a top priority," says Cuomo. "So yes, investing in technology at these places is vital and helpful."
