Police are looking for the people behind a rash of car vandalisms over the weekend in the Bronx.
In total, more than 50 vehicles were damaged in three different locations.
Cars on East 177th Street and Morris Avenue in Mount Hope were found with smashed windows and mirrors.
A witness says she heard a group of teenagers smashing up the cars around 3 a.m. Sunday.
Approximately 40 cars parked on Goulden Avenue in Norwood were also vandalized Saturday night into Sunday morning. The cars were broken into, police say, but nothing was stolen.
A third incident was reported at East 174th Street and Walton Avenue. Three cars there were missing their side view mirrors Sunday morning.
Affected residents are calling for increased awareness and even surveillance cameras.
