A car crash on the RFK Bridge on Tuesday afternoon sent 6 people, including an NYPD officer, to the hospital.
The FDNY received a call for a vehicle collision and a car fire before 6:30 p.m. Five people and one NYPD officer had minor injuries and were taken to local area hospitals.
Police say that five cars were involved in the collision. Lanes were open by 9:07 p.m.
