During day three of Lillo Brancato Jr.?s murder trial Monday, the victim?s landlord took the stand.
The landlord of slain NYPD Officer Daniel Enchautegui says he did not hear anyone yelling for a person named ?Kenny? the night of the fatal shooting. Kenny is allegedly the friend Brancato and Steven Armento were visiting on Oct. 10, 2005.
Brancato faces a second-degree murder charge in the killing of Enchautegui. Brancato's co-defendant, Armento, was convicted of first-degree murder on Oct. 30 and later sentenced to life in prison without parole. Brancato's defense team is trying to argue that their client was not armed and was unaware Armento was carrying a weapon.
Brancato?s trial is expected to last until the end of December.
