Police released surveillance footage Wednesday of a person of interest in a fatal shooting Tuesday night on Marcus Garvey Boulevard.
Officials believe the man in the video got into argument with 44-year-old Shane McCargo moments before the shots were fired.
McCargo was shot in the head and then rushed to Woodhull Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
