Tenants in a West Farms building are pleading for help after struggling for months with a broken elevator.
The Wyatt Street residents say the elevator first burned out last November, and has kept many disabled and elderly residents trapped in their apartments.
The management company says that it's been going through the insurance process and waiting on permits to begin repairs. It could be another three months before the elevator is up and running.
