The head of a summer youth program in West Farms is out of a job after sensitive and personal information was found dumped out on the sidewalk.
The discarded files were left in plain sight, piled in a Dumpster across from the Phipps Community Development Center. The documents contained names, addresses and Social Security numbers of high school students and other young people who applied for summer jobs through the center.
Many parents say they were able to rescue their teen's papers, but are worried that the information already ended up in the wrong hands.
