A Brooklyn school has launched an extended day program offering yoga classes to its students.
It is part of the mandatory after school extended program at Brooklyn Jesuit Prep in Crown Heights.
School officials say students do have other choices for which extended programs they wish to participate in, like crochet and cooking classes, and they are all free.
Students participate in extended day programs two days a week from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
