With spring on the horizon, Brooklyn stores that deal in winter gear are closing out a season of poor sales due to the warm weather.
Some stores say their sales were down as much as 30 percent this winter.
Other businesses, like restaurants, say the warm winter meant they could use their outdoor seating most of the season.
