A woman is facing perjury charges for allegedly trying to cover up a fatal hit-and-run last December.
According to the Bronx District Attorney's Office, Delilah Williams falsely told a grand jury that she drove an alleged hit-and-run driver home, giving him an alibi after 23-year-old Josbel Rivera was killed on Mosholu Parkway.
Police say the car involved in the collision was driven to another location, dumped and torched.
