One person is dead after a car flipped over on the Belt Parkway Sunday morning.
Police say the victim, who was sitting in the passenger seat of a car, was killed when the car flipped at the Belt Parkway and 65th Street exit ramp.
According to police, the driver of the car was taken into custody with a severe arm injury. Charges are pending.
Three others were in the backseat of the car, all of whom were taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
